Daniel Goleman’s short clip on the importance of EQ for successful leaders encapsulates a big piece of the work I do.  Tho I don’t call it EQ per se, helping clients understand themselves, see themselves and their impact more clearly, communicate more articulately, all fall into the EQ camp, so it’s worth a watch if you are not familiar with the concept.

  • Our Listening Circles on Healing Racism are focused on the issues and challenges of race.  Many Gifted Outliers of whatever ethnicity will relate to these issues and challenges. 
  • Desert Island Discs profiles prominent people, many of whom would, in my experience, qualify as Gifted Outliers. My favorite is Dr. Robert Langer.
